Boy George’s Culture Club were welcomed to the stage by a very special guest at their show at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on Friday night, none other than the woman of the hour Caitlyn Jenner. The former Olympian was on hand to introduce the iconic 80s band as well as experience her 'first Boy George concert'.

Caitlyn was greeted with a standing ovation from the crowd as she took to the stage to welcome Boy George and his bandmates. In a video posted by Entertainment Tonight Caitlyn is seen telling the enthusiastic crowd, "Caitlyn Jenner in the house for her first Boy George concert!"

"This is going to be a good group. Thank you so much. Enough about me. Thank you for being here tonight. Um, this is so much fun for me and let's hear it here at the Greek Theatre for Boy George! Let's get it going!" After Caitlyn left the stage frontman Boy George is reported to have said, "I expected a standing ovation for her and I wasn't disappointed. We need to celebrate the kinds of changes that are happening."

Caitlyn, whose E! reality series ‘I Am Cait’ premieres on Sunday, was dressed in a black leather biker jacket which she had teamed with a beige dress and a pair of black leather high heel boots. The other surprise guest a the gig was funnyman Jack Black who joined the band for a cover of David Bowie's 1972 classic 'Starman'.
