Scottish DJ Calvin Harris debuted his new song ‘This is What You Came For’ on BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show this morning, which sees him once again teaming with Rihanna. The pair previously worked together on 2011’s ‘We Found Love’, but Harris revealed that despite their previous success he was nervous when first playing her the new track.

Harris only played Rihanna the final version of the song less than two weeks ago, when they were hanging out at Coachella. "I played it to her for the first time at Coachella. I was in her trailer. It was me, her and her manager,” he told Nick Grimshaw.

"She was like 'this is sick'. It was the first time anything like that has happened to me. I was nervous. I had changed so many things musically, and she loved it. I'll never forget it.” The two also performed together at the festival, with Rihanna joining Harris on stage for ‘We Found Love’.

Speaking about the Barbadian star’s trademark vocals Harris said: "She's got that iconic voice, hasn't she? The first time I heard her sing ‘We Found Love’, I thought it couldn't get any better than this.'

"Her voice is out of control, how distinct it is. There's no one like her.” Harris had been teasing a new track all week posting the artwork for the song on Twitter and writing: "April 29 @Rihanna.” The track was also sneakily teased by Harris’ girlfriend Taylor Swift last week, who posted a pic of herself on Instagram wearing a jacket featuring the single’s cover.
