Paul Morrison and Drew Thomson, Joint CEO's of Starcount comment: 'Our Social Star Awards and Singapore Social events later this month celebrate the biggest and best of global social media, and we're delighted that these two acts, who between them have tens of millions of online fans and have amassed literally billions of views on YouTube, are going to be here in Singapore at the very heart of it.

'These events are bringing something totally unique to Singapore, not least the chance to see American rock legends; Aerosmith, digital music record-breaker CeeLo Green, plus PSY, the star of the most viewed YouTube video in history, all Asian girl group Blush and now Carly Rae Jepsen and Sky Blu, all on one line-up. This is a truly unique chance to party like a rockstar at the biggest weekend of live entertainment ever to happen in Singapore.  But, we are not finished yet so keep your eyes and ears open for some announcements shortly about more huge stars coming to town. This is going to be a night to remember so get your tickets now before they are sold out - or are you not fan enough.....?

Danielle Tiedt, Vice President of Marketing at YouTube, said:  "YouTube has worked hard over the years to connect fans with the creators they love - we've helped fans discover new artists and creators, and we've helped creators discover new audiences and go global quickly. In 2012, Carly Rae Jepsen and Psy were able to use our platform to share their music across the world, and we look forward to showcasing their talent, as well as that of the other Social Stars, live on YouTube at this year's Social Star Awards."

In short, if it's massive in social, it's part of this exclusive global awards event.
