Caroline Flack hates it when famous women are judged on their fashion choices.

The 'X Factor' judge gets dismayed by the endless critiques about outfits, especially when two stars are snapped wearing the same dress, and thinks it's totally unfair on the females subjected to the criticism.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, she said: ''I hate that 'who wore it best' mentality. It's like, 'They're two totally different people!' It's a weird thing to do, to pit women against each other and compare them.''

Now she's in her mid-30s, Caroline is confident she has mastered her own style and knows what clothes do and don't suit her.

The brunette beauty also has no intention of competing in the fashion stakes on 'X Factor' with judges Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini because they look totally different and have their own individual looks.

Caroline said: ''I get dressed and hope for the best! Cheryl is that gorgeous, glamorous gown kind of girl, and I'm never gonna be that. It just isn't me. It's a case of sticking to what you know and what suits you. I'm 35 now - I know what I can and can't wear.''
