Channing Tatum never bottles up his emotions because he is more creative when he experesses his feelings.
Channing Tatum is more "creative" when he is emotional.
The 'Vow' actor - who is married to actress Jenna Dewan - tries not to keep things to himself because he functions better when he is expressive about his feelings.
He said: "I don't do well when I start to bottle things up, or if I'm starting to shut down and not to be me.
"I'm at my most creative when I'm emotional. I like to write little stories and I like to paint and draw. If I'm doing something, my wife is my Muse so I will just do it for her."
The 31-year-old hunk admits he has a very emotional side and he cries regularly.
He added: "Oh, I can cry! It's mostly animal stuff. I cried my eyes out in 'Finding Neverland' for some strange reason.
"I have no idea why! I was on a plane, maybe I was going through something in my life, but I cried like a baby. It was embarrassing!"
