Charlie Sheen says he has freed himself from the "troll hole" of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).

The 'Two and a Half Men' star - who has been receiving home rehab treatment for drink and drug abuse - blasted the organisation over its "outdated" methods and claimed he never gained anything from the meetings.

During a radio interview on the 'Alex Jones Show', he said: "I was shackled and oppressed by The Cult of AA for 22 years. I finally extracted myself from their troll hole and started living my life the way I want to live it. It's vintage, outdated and stupid and it's followed by stupid people.

"I hate them violently. They will come at me. Debate me on AA right now. I have a disease? Bulls**t. I cured it right now with my mind."

The 45-year-old actor also bizarrely boasted he can stop drinking whenever he wants because he is "special".

He added: "Newsflash, I'm special. The only thing I'm addicted to right now is winning. My success rate (to get clean) is 100 per cent."

Charlie also blasted his 'Two and a Half Men' bosses for being critical of his recent erratic behaviour, which in recent months has seen him indulge in alcohol and drugs binges with porn stars.

Speaking about his CBS bosses, he said: "I was told if I went on the attack, they would cancel the show. Are they happy with the $5 billion they made off me?" It's a frickin' juggernaut."

When musing on the possibility of the comedy series continuing without him, he said: "Watch your ratings, dudes. Watch your stupid ratings."

Charlie is believed to currently be living at his Los Angeles house with his estranged wife Brooke Mueller, porn star Bree Olson is also living there, along with Natalie Kenly, a 24-year-old graphic designer and part-time model.
