Charlie Sheen's comedy series Anger Management has been cancelled by bosses at U.S. network Fx.
Executives have chosen not to move forward with a third season of the show, which debuted in 2012, due to slipping ratings.
A statement from Sheen reads: "I am beyond proud of what we accomplished over the course of 100 episodes of Anger Management.
"We created something uniquely special with some of the most talented individuals I have ever had the privilege to work with. My sincere thanks to all for their unwavering love and support. Here's to the next chapter."
Sheen began working on the show shortly after he was fired from hit comedy Two and a Half Men in 2011.
Last year (13), actress Selma Blair exited the series following a reported feud with Sheen.
The series' finale, ironically the series' 100th episode, will air in the U.S. on Monday (22Dec14).
Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher - Sheen's replacement in Two and a Half Men - recently suggested the bad boy actor is in talks to return to his former show for the series finale next year (15).
Kutcher told U.S. talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, "I'm a little terrified... Here's the thing, if you're working on the Warner Bros. lot, if there's sirens, come (and) save me... and if you smell something I wasn't smoking it!"
