Charlie Sheen's feud with ex-wife Brooke Mueller doesn't show signs of slowing down as the house she lives in, which Charlie bought, has received an offer for purchase.

Earlier this week, Sheen wrote a letter to the 36 year-old asking her to pack up her things and move out so the property can be sold.

TMZ have obtained a letter from a real estate company called Dginger Group, they sent an offer to Sheen's attorneys of $2,599,000 for the property with a guarantee to close the deal within 7 days.

Charlie will be more than happy with the 7 day guarantee but he originally brought the home for $4.4 million, meaning if this deal is agreed, the 'Anger Management' will be losing £2.2 million.

According to sources close to Charlie, he is ready to sell the house at a reduced rate but this deficit might be just too large.

The question is now where Brooke will and their twins live? A judge awarded Mueller's brother Scott legal guardianship over the twins on Nov 8th and they are currently staying in the property.

Prior to this Sheen's other ex-wife Denise Richards was taking care of the boys but had to relinquish temporary custody due to their "violent behaviour" and she even informed the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services of their misbehaviour, citing they were worse when returning from visiting their mother.

Earlier this week Mueller claimed Richards was abusing, not only Mueller's children, but her own daughters too. Brooke called the police alleging that her twin sons, Max and Bob were being abused by Richards, along with Sheen and Richards' two young daughters, Sam and Lola Rose.

Sources close to Sheen reveal that he thought Mueller's allegations were a reaction to the letter he sent her

Brooke is still seeking custody of the twins.
