Actor Charlie Sheen has returned to work on the Hollywood set of his Tv sitcom Anger Management after suffering a serious ear infection.
The former Two and a Half Men star skipped work on Tuesday (30Oct12) and Wednesday (31Oct12) amid unfounded rumours he had been hospitalised for drug issues.
However, Tmz.com now reports Sheen was actually struck down with a nasty ear infection after flying to New York on Saturday (27Oct12) to spend time with his two young daughters.
He headed home to Los Angeles the following day (28Oct12), but the long flights took their toll on Sheen's health and he fell ill.
Sheen has since recovered and he was back on set on Thursday (01Nov12) for a table read with the rest of the Anger Management cast.
