Paul Gallo claims the A Bronx Tale star's two dogs attacked him while he was delivering propane to the 63 year old's house in 2012.

According to the lawsuit filed in March (14), Palminteri did not post signs indicating the animals were on the premises.

The lawsuit reads, "On May 14, 2012, plaintiff entered on the premises to deliver propane. While doing so, plaintiff was caused to be injured by defendant's two dogs that attacked and chased plaintiff, causing him to fall as a result of a dangerous and defective condition in the defendant's premises."

Gallo is seeking unspecified damages and claims he has been left unable to work and "will be unable to do" for some time, according to the New York Daily News.
