Just two months after his home in Los Angeles was broken into by an alleged stalker, R&B and rap star Chris Brown has been the victim of another intrusion, this time with armed robbers ransacking the place while his aunt was home alone.

Los Angeles news station KTLA 5 is reporting on Wednesday (July 15th) that the singer’s house in the San Fernando Valley was burgled at around 2am by three men toting handguns, evading a 16-camera surveillance system in the process. They seized a cellular phone, a laptop and cash from the 8,000 square ft. residence, according to police.

During the incident, Brown’s aunt was locked in a closet for an unknown amount of time. When she finally got out, she reported the incident to the cops. She was only able to describe the perpetrators as three black men who were possibly wearing masks.

They apparently forced her, at gunpoint, to get in the closet while they turned the place upside down. TMZ indicates that she believes it was an inside job, carried out by people who knew that Brown owned the property and knew he wouldn’t be home. The 26 year old, who purchased the Tarzana mansion in May this year, arrived back home at 4am.

Also in May (before or after the property purchase, no-one knows) 21 year old Amira Kodcia Ayeb was alleged to have gained access to his home, where Brown discovered her while he was wearing only his bath towels. She was charged later with burglary, vandalism and stalking, and has pled not guilty in ongoing proceedings.

Neither Brown nor his representatives have made any official comment on the latest incident.
