Chris Brown is spending another weekend in a familiar place for him...jail.

The 25 year-old was arrested Friday (March 14th) for allegedly violating his parole that stems from a 2009 assault charge, where he beat up his then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown has been a resident in a Malibu rehabilitation facility for the past four months, but after being kicked out, local police arrested him and took him to Inmate Reception Center at the L.A. County Jail, TMZ reports.

A Los Angeles County Sheriff confirmed this report to the NY Daily News, as the newspaper was told, "I can confirm Chris Brown was arrested on a warrant."

The judge in Brown's Rihanna assault case ordered the 'Don't Wake Me Up' singer to spend 90 days in rehab for anger management, and he completed this course earlier in the month.

But in Brown's last court hearing, the judge ordered him back to the facility until his next court hearing on April 23rd.

If the 'Fine China' singer was to leave court before then, he would automatically be jailed without the possibility of jail.

During his time at the treatment facility doctor's have closely examined Brown and in last months' probation report, it was revealed he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, severe insomnia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

"Mr. Brown became aggressive and acted out physically due to his untreated mental health disorder, severe sleep deprivation, inappropriate self-medicating and untreated PTSD.," the report stated.

The documents also praise Chris for his improved attitude, hard work and remained drug-free thought out the duration of his stay.

''Mr. Brown's attitude has been beyond exemplary in regard to his community service responsibilities," it continued.

The 'Fortune' hit maker was reportedly meant to stay in the Malibu facility until his lawyers attempted to resolve his Washington DC assault case, which stems from last October (2013).

The incident occurred outside the W Hotel on K Street around 4.30am, where Brown supposedly attacked a man after shouting gay slurs and jumping into a photograph with the singer.

It was this arrest that forced the judge to revoke Brown's probation and send him to rehab.
