Frank Ocean is reportedly set to press charges against Chris Brown following a scuffle that occurred outside a recording studio in Los Angeles this week. A source tells TMZ.com that Brown tried to shake Ocean's hand but the Odd Future man refused it. "Chris was so pissed he coldcocked Ocean and started an all-out war," the insider added.

Steve Whitmore, from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, tells the New York Daily News that Frank Ocean is "desirous of prosecution," adding, "We'll find out what happened." Neither party has added to their initial musings on Twitter and Instagram, with Ocean claiming he was "jumped" by Brown and his crew and may not be able to perform at the Grammys. Brown Instagrammed an image of Jesus Christ on the cross and captioned it, "Painting the way I feel today. Focus on what matters!"

Should Brown be arrested and found guilty of assault, it could prove disastrous for his legal team, who have attempted to keep him out of trouble following his vicious attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He still remains on probation for the incident and only narrowly avoided a court case following last year's fight with Drake in New York.

All eyes will be on the Grammy Awards on February 10, 2013, where Brown and Ocean are both nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album. The latter is also up for major awards including Album of the Year, Best New Artist and Record of the Year.
