The Guardians of the Galaxy are back to rescue their corner of the universe from a new threat in Marvel's 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2', the trailer for which has finally been released to the tune of 'Hooked on a Feeling' by Blue Swede.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2The first trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is here

This time, Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista), Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel) are on a journey to uncover the mystery behind Quill's parentage. Now that he knows of his father's alien origins, he is far from the human that he always thought he was and hopes to find him with the help of Ravagers' former leader Yondu Udonta (Michael Rooker). Quill is not so much of a rogue petty criminal these days either; he's the leader of the Guardians and has earned the respect of the galaxy for taking down Ronan the Accuser.

Meanwhile he has developed a huge crush on Gamora, with whom he feels connected because of their similarly orphaned pasts. Gamora is busy trying to rebuild a relationship with her unpredictable sister Nebula (Karen Gillan) however, Drax is trying and failing to learn to take things less literally, and Rocket is being a bad influence on baby Groot.
