Actor Christopher Meloni Has Finally Offloaded His Luxury New York Apartment, Three Years After Initially Putting It Up For Sale To Relocate To Los Angeles.
The former Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star and his wife Sherman Williams placed the Midtown Manhattan pad on the market for $12 million (£7.5 million) in 2012, a year after quitting the hit crime series, but the property, located at the Park Imperial building, failed to sell and they later had to lower the asking price for a second time to $8.95 million (£5.59 million).
They have since managed to shift the home, although the final sale price has not been disclosed, reports the New York Daily News.
Meloni bought the four-bedroom condominium, which boasts views of Central Park, in 2005 for $5.45 million (£3.4 million).
Rap mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs and spiritual guru Deepak Chopra have also previously owned homes at the Park Imperial.
