The pair, who became engaged last October (2013) on the songstress's birthday, have separated after Future was reportedly unfaithful to Ciara. A source confirmed to US Weekly, "he cheated on her. Game over," and another insider added, "She's devastated. Ciara's focus now is the baby."

There is no doubt that the 'Body Part' singer will be very hurt after ending her relationship, especially since she previously expressed her excitement at walking down the aisle.

"I think I'll be part bridezilla, I'm not going to lie," Ciara said to People, shortly after the 'Look Ahead' rapper presented her with a stunning 15-carat diamond ring. "But I want to be a happy one! I still want it to be a fun process, but I want the dress to be perfect, I want the cake to be perfect, I want the food to be perfect. We're both looking forward to it."

Before their separation news broke, Ciara spoke with Us Weekly on Tuesday (Aug 12th) about how motherhood has changed her lifestyle, but interestingly she did not mention the father of their 3 month-old son at all.

Ciara is now putting all her energy into being a mother

"I'm in an even more expressive place," she told the mag. "I think that when you become a mom. you don't really worry about the small stuff. I'm just way more centered. It makes you focus even more on what your goals are in life. And I just feel a whole new spiritual energy that's happening."

Adding, "My son has been the best thing that has happened in my life. He has been amazing and he is truly heaven-sent. And so, I just feel all that love."
