Jay Z's former business partner reportedly hired Cinemastreet Pictures' Dana Offenbach to produce a film titled Mixed Nutz in 2014.

They agreed upon a budget of $35,000 (£21,875) for the film and that the footage from the shoot would be retained by producers and returned to Dash following the completion of the project.

The movie was due to open earlier this year (15), but Dash reveals it has yet to come out because Offenbach is refusing to release the footage amid claims she is owed money for a separate project, according to TheJasmineBrand.com.

Offenbach alleges she is owed $8,000 (£5,000) for her work and has vowed not to return the film until payment is made.

Dash is seeking funds he claims he lost when the film was not released and an order stating he does not owe Offenbach or the company any money.

He also wants the footage returned to him.
