Daniel Radcliffe's magical new role in the Now You See Me sequel has been confirmed, weeks after co-star Michael Caine let the big casting news slip during an interview.

The Harry Potter star will be back to his old tracks, alongside returning stars Caine, Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson and Dave Franco, according to a Lionsgate studio representative.

It's not clear if Isla Fisher, who was recently reported to be pregnant with her third child, will be back for the new film.

Lizzy Caplan and Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou will also appear in the sequel, which will be directed by Jon M. Chu.
