Last night Britain was covered in red noses as the annual fundraising event celebrated its 30th birthday raising over £78m by the end of the live show.
Emma Watson, Orlando Bloom, Daniel Craig and One Direction were among the stars doing something funny for money last night, as 'Red Nose Day' took over the BBC to raise money for Comic Relief. The charity, which is now in its 30th year reached its goal of taking its overall total over the billion pound mark on Friday, after raising £78m by the end of the live broadcast.

Kicking off the proceedings, Rowan Atkinson returned as Mr Bean in his first full new sketch in eight years as the character attended a funeral in a small village church. Of course things never go smoothly for the tweed wearing silent star and by the time he already disrupted the service (to the point of knocking over the coffin) Bean realised he was in fact at the wrong funeral.

The former face of Dolce and Gabbana passed on the chance to bring Christian Grey to life on the big screen.
Model David Gandy may not have made the leap from the runway to Hollywood yet, but that hasn’t stopped some high profile acting offers coming the 34 year old’s way. Speaking to Square Mile magazine Gandy revealed that he turned down the chance to play Christian Grey in the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey movie because the part just ‘didn't feel right’.
The smouldering David Gandy could have been Christian Grey
“I was offered Fifty Shades of Grey, 300:2, Hercules, which a lot of people probably would have taken as actors but I’m in the fortunate position where I like what I’m doing,” Gandy told the magazine. Adding that he doesn’t, “feel the need to act.”

'The Wolf of Wall Street' actress Margot Robbie has debuted a new hair colour at the One For The Boys charity ball in London.
If someone was to ask Margot Robbie if blondes have more fun, she’d now be able to give an informed decision. This year the actress, who made her name starring alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in The Wolf of Wall Street, has dyed her tresses from blonde to brunette and now she’s debuted a new copper-coloured do.

LA's Shamrock tattoo parlour has inked some of the world's most famous people from Johnny Depp to David Beckham and Anjelina Jolie. While you'd think a pale, skinny teenager from the UK might not be the kind of clientele they're used to, when it's Harry Styles the expectations have to bend a little. Tattooist Freddy Negrete spoke to the Daily Star about Harry's likes, dislikes and all about his ex, Taylor Swift.
According to Freddy, it was pretty clear they weren't going to last: "Harry and Taylor didn't seem in love at all. There wasn't a sparkle in Harry's eye. They seemed more like friends. Harry wasn't in love and it wasn't serious for him. They weren't romantic at all." Some have speculated that he got his latest ship tattoo for Swift, but that's not true. Despite the country singer sitting in on the ink session what, Harry wanted was something to remind him of home. He told Freddy: "We're always on the road but my heart is at home and I want a ship.'"
Harry is a favourite customer of Shamrocks now and Freddy likes him a lot, saying "It's always fun. We have a great time. He's witty and I like that."
