Fact: Van Halen rocker David Lee Roth's former band, Eat 'Em & Smile, are to regroup for the first time in nearly 30 years without him. Revered guitarist Steve Vai, bassist Billy Sheehan and drummer Gregg Bissonette are reuniting for a one-night-only charity show in a Hollywood bowling alley. The free show at Lucky Strike Live Hollywood/Highland on Wednesday (25Nov15) will feature Steel Panther star Ralph Saenz on vocals.

Kilmer has portrayed Jim Morrison, porn star JOHN HOLMES and DOC HOLLIDAY on the big screen and he's also reported to be playing rocker David Lee Roth in upcoming Motley Crue biopic THE DIRT.
