Fact: Death Wish director Michael Winner's family and friends gathered at Willesden Jewish Cemetery in London on Friday (19Sep14) to unveil the headstone which marks the moviemaker's grave. The stone, designed by Winner's longtime friend Crispian Sallis, reads: "Never a loser be, only a winner he". The director lost his battle with liver disease, aged 77, in January, 2013.
