Australian singer Delta Goodrem has brushed off critical comments from comedian Marlon Wayans after he poked fun at her lack of rhythm while attending a Beyonce and Jay Z concert in Los Angeles over the weekend (02-03Aug14).

The White Chicks funnyman found himself seated next to Goodrem at the hip-hop supercouple's On The Run tour stop at the Rose Bowl venue on Sunday (03Aug14) and during the night, Wayans shared a snap of himself pulling a face as the Aussie beauty danced in the background.

In the accompanying caption, he wrote, "Man I got the most Unrhythmic (sic) White Woman dancing next to me at the jay and bay (sic) concert...This b**ch dancing to AC DC."

Wayans, who was apparently oblivious to Goodrem's fame as a pop star, was subsequently attacked online by the singer's fans for his harsh comments, but he remained defiant and insisted, "I ain't (sic) apologizing for a joke".

He added, "I love that all these people calling me racist cuz I stated a fact. She can't dance. Apparently neither can u. Now f**k outta here (sic)..."

His rant was brought to Goodrem's attention, but she dismissed the controversy on Monday (04Aug14) by making light of the situation herself, sharing a video clip of Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Seinfeld comedy character Elaine dancing awkwardly.

Alongside the Twitter footage, she wrote, "Had a blast last night".

Wayans saw Goodrem's response and responded to his detractors, tweeting, "All those trippin (going mad) and Delta is fine."
