Demi Lovato is taking a motivational speaker on tour with her.

Spencer West will greet fans before the Skyscraper star hits the stage on her world tour, which began earlier this month (Sep14).

She tells People magazine, "Spencer West is not only a really great friend of mine, but a huge inspirational speaker. After I spent some time around him and realised what an amazing person he is and how incredible he is at speaking, I decided to bring him on tour."
