Pop star Demi Lovato recruited her celebrity friends including rumoured boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama to star in the gay pride-themed music video for her new single Really Don't Care.

The Skyscraper hitmaker premiered the promo on Thursday (26Jun14), and it features her singing on a float during the Gay Pride Parade in California earlier this month (Jun14).

Lovato and her fans along the parade route are seen singing along to the track for the cameras, while other shots show the star and her friends in a studio belting out the words.

One of the cameos is by the singer's long-time rumoured boyfriend, Valderrama, who is shown face-to-face with Lovato shortly before the two snap their heads towards the camera to belt out the chorus.

Other celebrities in the video are The Vampire Diaries' Kat Graham, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, and British pop star Cher Lloyd, who is featured on the track.
