Demi Moore has blasted persistent rumours she has undergone cosmetic surgery to enhance her looks, insisting she is a natural beauty.
The 47-year-old actress has long been subjected to rumours she underwent a body overhaul in 2004, allegedly spending $308,000 (£220,000) on a head-to-toe surgical makeover.
But the Ghost star, who is married to 31-year-old actor Ashton Kutcher, is adamant she has never gone under the surgeon's knife for cosmetic reasons.
She reportedly tells France's Marie Claire magazine, "It's completely false. I've never had it done. But I would never judge those who have. If it's the best thing for them, then I don't see a problem. I don't like the idea of having an operation to hold up the ageing process - it's a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won't make you happy."
But Moore refuses to rule out nips and tucks in the future, adding, "That said, the day when I start crying when I look at myself in the mirror might be the day when I'm less adamant about not having it done. But for the moment I prefer to be a beautiful woman of my age than try desperately to look 30."
