SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE stars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto had their recent appearance on Tyra Banks' daytime talk show halted when a woman in the audience suffered a seizure. The actors were due to take to the stage for a taping of the Tyra Banks Show in Los Angeles when a young woman in the crowd began convulsing.
Bosses stopped filming and called emergency services, who ushered the unnamed female to hospital.
A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "A young woman in the audience went into a seizure and started convulsing. Paramedics rushed to the scene and began working on her.
"She recovered and wanted to stay, but the paramedics insisted she go to the hospital. Dev and Freida felt so bad, they signed a copy of the Slumdog soundtrack and had it slipped to her as the ambulance sped off."
