Banksy’s pop-up art installation, Dismaland, is being dismantled but he’s made a very special request and one which will help thousands of people living in extremely difficult conditions. The Bristol based artist is sending timber from his ‘bemusement park’ installation to Calais where it will be used to build shelters for the refugees currently living in shanty town like conditions close to the French port.

The former lover of Diana Princess Of Wales, Dr Hasnat Khan, has slammed the new Hollywood movie about the late royal, calling reports that he collaborated "a complete lie."

Dr Khan, played by Lost star Naveen Andrews, is a key character in the movie, which stars Naomi Watts as Diana. Khan, who was in a relationship between 1996 and 1997, admitted he had not seen the film but accused it of being "based on gossip."

While the world is still abuzz after the birth of Prince George, Hollywood turns its eye to the baby’s late grandmother, Princess Diana. Besides an upcoming movie, Diana is also the focus of the next issue of Vanity Fair. The magazine delves into Diana’s murky and controversial love life after her divorce from Prince Charles. It focuses on her relationship with Pakistani heart surgeon Hasnat Khan, with whom Diana began a relationship in 1995.

Naomi Watts will adopt the character of Diana for the upcoming film.

Jemima Khan, Diana’s close friend and the former wife of Hasnat’s distant cousin Imran Khan, told the magazine: “Diana was madly in love with Hasnat Khan and wanted to marry him, even if that meant living in Pakistan, and that’s one of the reasons why we became friends.”

Sixteen years after Princess Diana first auctioned off a number of her gowns, ten of them returned to Christie’s auction house in London to be re-sold to eager collectors. The ten pieces were neither the most famous, nor the most significant out of the original collection and, according to The Daily Mail, the pieces has little to do with the story, which the auctioneers attempted to tell at the event.

She gave birth to two sons - William and Harry - but she and Charles divorced, under the Queen's advice, after his affair with now current-wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles.

Does everyone remember that time when Princess Diana dressed up in drag so she could accompany Freddie Mercury, Kenny Everett and Cleo Rocos to a London gay nightclub? No we'd never heard the story either but according to the new autobiography from actress Rocos this is exactly what happened one night in 1988, when the beloved Princess was at the peak of her fame.

Rocos' new book, entitled The Power of Positive Drinking, mentions the unknown story in some detail, and it seems that the People's Princess knew how to let her hair down from time to time, providing no-one knew who she was. Apparently the group had been drinking champagne all day and decided that they would hit the town but there was a problem, how do you go out round town with the most famous person in the world without people recognising her? You dress that person in drag! Yes, apparently the three of them thought it would be a good idea to dress the would-be future Queen of England in an army jacket, cap, and sunglasses, as no-one would realise who it was. The most bizarre part is, it worked! And Diana was able to spend the night incognito with no one being any the wiser until now.  

According to Rocos’s recollections, the group spent the afternoon before the trip “drinking champagne in front of re-runs of The Golden Girls with the sound turned down” but substituting their own dialogue in instead, when Diana insisted on joining the three out for the night. Fearing the negative headlines that may have been splashed across the front page Everett and Rocos declined to let her join, but Mercury's insistence that they "let the girl have some fun” proved to be the decisive vote. Apparently, she enjoyed her incognito night out so much she asked that they do it again some time soon. Just when you thought you knew someone, eh?
