Country music star Dolly Parton's Tennessee theme park Dollywood is facing a lawsuit after a woman reportedly sustained a brain injury and broken bones when she fell from a ride.
Sources tell Tmz.com Tedi Brown slipped from her seat on the Waltzing Swinger attraction and fell head first onto the concrete floor 10 feet (three meters) below.
Brown and her husband Derryl are seeking $475,000 (£300,000) in damages for her serious and life-changing injuries.
The couple say the accident was a result of Dollywood bosses permitting continued use of rides despite wet weather conditions.
