Glee' star Dot-Marie Jones married her longtime girlfriend on Saturday night (Dec 21st), according to People.

The actress who pays 'Coach Shannon Beiste' exchanged vows with Bridgett Casteen at their LA home in a surprise ceremony.

The pair did not tell their guests, who were made up of close friends and family, that they were gathered to witness them tying the knot until all of the attendees had arrived.

They originally thought it was just a holiday party.

The 49 year-old popped the question to Casteen earlier his year in October (2013) during a weekend trip to Disneyland.

The pair were attending the Anaheim Gay Days festival, an event which brings together the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community.

According to reports at the time, Jones proposed to her beau outside the Sleeping Beauty Castle on October 4th, and she said, ''It's the happiest day of my life. I never thought I'd find somebody that is so loving and kind.''

Just after they became engaged, Bridgett took to twitter to confirm the news, "Thank you @dotmariejones for making me the happiest woman in the world, #engaged," the post read.

The newlyweds met three years ago in December 2010 and will be Jones' first marriage but Casteen's second, in which she has two children from.

Casteen has now changed her last name on Instagram to Jones and 4 days ago on Dec 18th she posted a photo of herself and Dot-Marie celebrating their anniversary together, the caption read, "Happy Anniversary to this amazing woman! I love you beyond words!"
