Doutzen Kroes has confessed she feels lucky to be both a mother and model as she gets to juggle her parenting duties with having her hair and make-up done.
Doutzen Kroes feels ''blessed'' to be a mother and a model.
The blonde beauty - who has three-month-old Myllena and three-year-old Phyllon with her DJ husband Sunnery James - has confessed she is ''grateful'' to be both a mother and a model as she gets to juggle her parenting duties with being pampered and attending star-studded events.
She told People magazine at this year's Elle Women in Hollywood Awards: ''I'm really grateful for my job that I can go to events like this and get my hair and make-up done. It's something that a lot of moms don't have and I'm very blessed.''
The 29-year-old Dutch-born beauty also admitted she previously found it difficult to juggle her modelling commitments and mothering but has since found the key to maintaining a balance is to stay calm.
She explained: ''It was really shocking, but now after three months I'm getting into it. I'm okay doing it by myself too when my husband is travelling... I've been practicing and it's amazing. It's the best feeling in the world. You just have to stay calm.''
Doutzen also shared her top tips to staying in shape, adding she is always ''mindful'' of her diet.
She said: ''I'm very active and [play] lots of sports and [it's] also genetics I think -- a little bit of everything.
''I'm very mindful of what I do and how much I work out and what I eat.''
