Actresses Drew Barrymore And Toni Collette Almost Missed A Live Tv Interview On Thursday (17sep15) When They Got Stuck In Gridlocked Traffic In London.
The pair faced a race against time as they battled their way through hellish jams on the U.K. capital's roads to make it to the studio for a scheduled chat on daytime show Loose Women.
They eventually made it to their destination shortly before the programme was due to end and were only able to take part in a brief five-minute interview before the credits rolled.
Barrymore and Collette were in the city to promote their new movie Miss You Already, and both apologised for their lateness when they arrived at the studio.
Barrymore told the audience, "London traffic really did a number on us."
