Here's a timeline of events with details according to reports in ABC, TMZ, the Huff Post and the LA Times:

Dustin Diamond appeared on a series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2013.

Christmas Day

- Evening

Diamond and his girlfriend, Amanda Schutz, were in the Grand Avenue Saloon bar in Port Washington when Schutz reportedly became involved in an altercation with another woman. Reports in the LA Times suggest Schutz may have hit a woman after she refused to stop taking pictures of the couples. Diamond, when he reportedly saw Schutz bleeding, attempted to intervene. At this point a larger group of people became involved and Diamond stabbed an unnamed man under the armpit with his switchblade. 

- 11:15pm 

Police responded to an emergency call from the Port Washington bar in which the caller stated a man "had stabbed another male patron and left the bar." 

26th December

- Early Hours

The police apprehended Schutz and Diamond. The pair was in a car with Diamond as the passenger. The police report states the knife apparently used in the bar brawl was found in the car with Diamond. The knife, as ABC reports, is described as being "a stiletto folding knife with a 3.75-inch blade." 

Diamond was taken to the Ozaukee County Sherriff's Department where he was initially charged on three counts (as mentioned above) and his bail set at $1000. 

- Afternoon

Diamond appeared at the Ozaukee County Court where he was charged on the aforementioned three counts. Two, possession of a switchblade and carrying a concealed weapon are misdemeanours but the reckless endangerment in the first degree charge is a felony, according to the LA Times. Diamond's bail was also raised from $1000 to $10,000. Diamond has yet to enter a plea and is currently seeking private counsel.

27th December

As of today, reports claim the man Diamond assaulted with a knife is currently recovering at home. According to reports in the Huff Post, the victim sustained a half inch injury under his arm-pit.
