Sheeran's new album will be released on the 23rd June and new song, 'Sing,' will debut on BBC Radio 1 on Monday.
Ed Sheeran has revealed that he will be debuting new music from his upcoming album on Monday (7th April) via Zane Lowe's show on BBC Radio 1. "Monday, 7:30pm, Radio 1, Zane Lowe is premiering my 1st single from the new album. Tune in x" the singer-songwriter tweeted to a frenzy of excitement from his fans.

Not only did he tease with the prospect of new music but Sheeran also named his next album and revealed its name. "My 2nd album is called 'x' or 'multiply' and will released on the 23rd of June worldwide. Can't wait for you guys to hear it," he tweeted this evening.
The 'I See Fire' singer shared the news via Twitter and kicked off a day's worth of exciting announcements by uploading a photo of the title of his new song, 'Sing,' in bright green letters and revealing that Zane Lowe will have the pleasure of debuting the track on his BBC Radio 1 show on Monday evening.
The 23 year-old guitarist added on Twitter: "The song will go on sale monday night in every single country except UK, Ireland, Germany and Australia, you guys have an EP in a month. Just the way that the countries radio's work, but you'l get a full EP of cool shit further down the line [...] Looking forward to releasing new music finally. yay dot com forward slash yay."
'x' May Be Released In June, But New Single 'Sing' Will Premiere On Monday.
Capital FM host Marvin Humes has already voiced his support for Ed's new music, sharing "So @EdSheeran played me his new single yesterday.. It is VERY good.. Gonna have a chat with him on Monday night on my show @CapitalOfficial," whilst The Vamps star James McVey tweeting: "Was very lucky to hear a preview of @edsheeran 's new tunes yesterday. You guys are in for a treat... Save your pennies for the album now!"
The 'Lego House' pop star released his debut album '+' in 2011 and since then, he has kept himself extremely busy on toruing his own album and supporting Taylor Swift on her 'Red' tour last year.
