Terminator 2: Judgment Day Clips Trailer

Terminator 2: Judgment Day was one of the best movies of the 90's and even still holds its own on many movie best-of lists. The classic film has now been remastered and it will be released in 3D.

The movie follows on from the original Terminator movie (released in 1984) and follows the life of a teenage boy called John Connor. John has been placed in foster care since his mother is detained in a mental institute. John's mother, Sarah, has trained John since a young age to be ready for the day when he leads a resistance force against a powerful company called Skynet - this is a story John began to believe but as he got older and his mother was eventually arrested, came to distrust his mom's word. However, when John finds himself being chased by a cop with incredible speed and strength, John begins to realise that perhaps someone is trying to kill him after all. The cop turns out to be a polyalloy cyborg called T-1000 who's been sent to earth to track down John and kill him to stop him fulfilling his destiny.

To protect John, the future version of himself sent another cyborg back in time to protect him. This cyborg is a T-800 and isn't as capable of shapeshifting (like T-1000) but is programmed to go to any lengths to save the boy. In order for John to understand the stories his mother had always told him, he commands T-800 to help him break his mom out of the secure mental wing. Now the two humans and cyborg are put against the clock on a mission to stop Skynet from ever progressing while also being constantly chased by T-1000.

Terminator Actor Arrested - Edward Furlong Denies Domestic Assault Charge

Edward Furlong

Edward Furlong, the Terminator actor was arrested on Sunday (January 12, 2013) for domestic assault and is now denying the claims, having pleaded not guilty. Furlong was taken into custody by police, who were called to a domestic disturbance at a Los Angeles residence. He was held on $50,000 bail according to The Toronto Sun.

Furlong already had an existing $30,000 warrant on him for a previous, similar arrest. He appeared in court yesterday but denied the charges. A new hearing date has been set for January 25, 2013. Things aren’t looking good for Furlong, though – he’s already got a history of domestic violence with his former partner Rachael, the mother of his child. They were only married for three years before Rachael filed for divorce and later filed for a restraining order against him, claiming that – amongst other allegations – he had told her he hit their son in the testicles. He is currently unable to visit his son Ethan, who is now six years old, without a restraining order.

Furlong’s career has taken a nose-dive in recent years. His supporting role in the revered 1998 movie American History X could be considered to be his last major movie role. Though he has several projects in post-production currently, he has struggled to regain the respect that he once had, now that his personal life has overshadowed his career.

Terminator Actor Arrested Again; Edward Furlong Back Behind Bars

Edward Furlong

Edward Furlong has unfortunately long since passed into the category of ‘wayward former child stars’, and the Terminator 2 actor (he was 14 when the film was released) has been arrested for a third time over domestic violence in the space of three months.

TMZ reports that Furlong was arrested by police at 5:45am Los Angeles time and, if that wasn’t grim enough, he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest stemming from one of his previous domestic violence incidents. Oh Eddie. Those two incidents are coupled with one back in October, when Furlong was taken in after an incident with his girlfriend at LAX – allegedly bruising her during an argument at the airport. The second incident is believed to have happened in November. Another weird incident occurred last year when Furlong's six year-old son Ethan - who he had with ex-wife Rachael Bella - somehow, allegedly, managed to test positive for cocaine whilst in his care.

Furlong was shot to fame in 1991 when playing the child John Connor in the second of the popular sci-fi series Terminator. It looked for a time like he’d live up to his early promise too, with follow up roles in American Heart and A Home Of Our Home in the early 90s also gaining good reports. However the last great film he was attached to was American History X, released in 1998, and though the work hasn’t dried up for the now-35 year-old, the quality of it has. The last film we can find of his was The Zombie King, which is rocking a mediocre 4.9 average rating on IMDB – not that many seem to have bothered reviewing it in the first place.

Cee Lo Green In Sexual Battery Case

Cee-Lo Green Edward Furlong Flavor Flav

Singer Cee Lo Green has been accused of sexual battery against a woman in a restaurant in Los Angeles, TMZ reports.

Apparently, police have already been to a restaurant in down town LA to carry out questioning of the manager and his staff. The LAPD is keeping schtum about any of the details of the case, and by details we mean anything. The woman has remained unseen and unnamed, and what precisely Cee Lo is being accused of still remains unclear, let alone when or where the incident is said to have taken place.

Nevertheless, the Gnarls Barkley singer has stepped up to defend himself, saying that he has no idea what they're talking about. He said "Nothing ever happened [at the restaurant the claim reportedly alleges the assault too place at] or anywhere else." Plus, one source close to Cee Lo said , "I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody." Apparently, Cee Lo hasn't been to the restaurant forthat was briefly investigated yesterday, in over three months. But, of course, without knowing when the incident is said to have taken place, sadly we can't say that proved Cee Lo's innocence. He is currently working on the American talent show 'The Voice' as a mentor. Edward Furlong and Flavor Flav have also been accused of assault this week.

Terminator 2's Edward Furlong Arrested In Second Domestic Violence Dispute

Edward Furlong

Edward Furlong, who played John Connor in the second movie of the Terminator series, was arrested yesterday (30th Oct 2012) at LAX Airport. The Airport police gave a statement reported by E!: "On Oct. 30, 2012 at approximately 12:40 a.m., Los Angeles Airport Police officers responded to a call regarding a possible domestic violence investigation at Terminal 2 on the arrivals level."

He is now being held on a $50k bail charge. According to Ace Showbiz, Furlong was caught during an altercation with his girlfriend at the airport in which he grabbed her arm violently. In 2009 his now ex-wife accused him of battery after he beat her up. She then took out three restraining orders against him to protect herself and their 3 year old son. Cinema Blend reports that he left her a voicemail in 2010 in which he said "F*** you Rachael. I'm sick of you... you are such f***ing vermin... you are a cesspool of s***, that's what you are, you're nothing, you're nothing," which lead her to get the third restraining order out.

Edward Furlong burst onto the movie scene in his role as John Connor in 1991's Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Since then he's had a fairly successful career, including a poignant role in the harrowing, though moving, American History X. In that time he has had numerous brushes with the law and has been battling a serious drug dependency problem, flitting in and out of rehab for many years. Despite being a talented actor, Furlong's career has spiralled downwards and his latest ventures have been largely unsuccessful.

Edward Furlong Arnold Schwarzenegger Edward Norton

Remember Edward Furlong? The hugely promising actor who broke through as John Connor in Terminator 2? Well, if you've heard of him, you're probably aware he hasn't had the best couple of years. His personal problems reached a crescendo on Tuesday morning (October 30, 2012) when arrested for felony domestic violence at LAX airport.

According to law enforcement sources who spoke with TMZ.com, Furlong allegedly got physical with his girlfriend at around 1am, grabbing her arm during an argument at the airport. When officers arrived, she had visible marks on her arm and the actor was immediately taken into custody. At the moment, he's still sitting in jail, though bail has been set at $50,000.

Furlong has had a funny old career, which began after he scooped a flurry of awards for his performance alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 2. He followed it up with a couple of decent turns in indie flicks like Before and After and Little Odessa. In 1993, Aerosmith decided against featuring Alicia Silverstone in their video for 'Livin' on the Edge' (she had appeared in all other videos for Get a Grip) choosing Furlong instead. After several more movie roles, he delivered arguably his finest role in American History X, alongside Edward Norton. He played the younger brother of a neo-Nazi who is released from prison. The role landed Furlong a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Performance in a Feature Film, though he eventually lost out to Star Trek: Insurrection's Michael Welch. And then thing started to go wrong.

Little Odessa Review

Good
Little Odessa refers to an old Russian Jewish neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York, along the lines of Little Italy or Chinatown. There, everyone speaks Russian, wanders through bleak snow-covered streets, drinks vodka, wears heavy wool coats...and most carry guns. This is the age of the "organizatsya," the Russian mafia, for whom Joshua (Tim Roth) is employed as a hit man.

Joshua, a long-time Little Odessa expatriate, is called back to the neighborhood to perform a hit on a big shot resident. When he arrives, he encounters his worshipful brother Reuben (Edward Furlong), former lover Alla (Moira Kelly), hateful father Arkady (Maximilian Schell), and dying mother Irina (Vanessa Redgrave). Together, the cast creates a highly dysfunctional family the likes of which you've probably never seen before.

Pecker Review

Excellent
John Waters lives in two worlds: the trashy and aggressively weird neighborhoods of his native Baltimore and the artsy society circles of New York City. Pecker is his hilarious take on what happens when those two very different cultures collide.

Pecker (Edward Furlong) is a happy-go-lucky teen who loves to carry his camera around town taking quick snapshots of the types of characters who have been populating Waters's films since the '70s. He even lives with some of them: his thrift-shop owning parents (Mary Kay Place and Mark Joy); his foul-mouthed sister Tina (Martha Plimpton), who works as a sassy bartender at the local gay bar; his eight-year-old sister, the hopelessly sugar-addicted Little Chrissy (Lauren Hulsey); and his totally wacky grandmother Memama (Jean Schertler), who cooks and sells pit beef sandwiches on the front lawn when she isn't distracted by her statue of the Virgin Mary, which speaks to her saying, "Full of grace! Full of grace!" Memama doesn't realize that she's actually the one saying it.

Three Blind Mice Review

Weak
What the title Three Blind Mice has to do with a movie about a serial killer and webcams is beyond me, but I'm not losing any sleep thinking about it. This Edward Furlong vehicle is a poor film at best, and its odd title is the least of its problems.

The story introduces us to Thomas Cross (Furlong), who is obsessed with Internet webcams (so 1999!). One night, he witnesses his favorite gal Cathy as she is murdered while she's preparing dinner in her apartment. Yipes! The dinner preparation isn't so exciting (though Thomas is enthralled by it), but that murder certainly wakes him up. Too bad he doesn't really know where she lives, just her web URL, which the cops don't really grab on to.
