Elvis Presley's backing singer Gordon Stoker has died at the age of 88.
A member of The Jordanaires, who recorded and toured with The King, Stoker passed away at his home in Tennessee on Wednesday (27Mar13).
He joined the Jordanaires as a pianist but was quickly promoted to singer.
As well as performing with Presley, Stoker also sang with country legends George Jones, Patsy Cline and Jim Reeves.
