Eminem is enjoying a two-day spa break before his London comeback gigs.

The boisterous rapper - real name Marshall Mathers - has reportedly checked himself into the Coworth Park Hotel in Berkshire, south east England, for a series of relaxing treatments to prepare for his sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium this weekend.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ''Eminem is having all sorts of treatments, he's really getting into it. He now sees it as perfect preparation for big shows as he completely relaxes.

''He's a perfectionist and wants to be in the best shape physically and mentally for the gig.''

Eminem's spa break is a far cry from the star's hell-raising past and he is eager to make a good impression when he returns to the stage in London for the first time since 2001.

The 'Monster' hitmaker was originally due to perform at London's famous Hyde Park but he was banned from playing the venue because of his ''offensive'' rap lyrics.

Royal Parks, which runs Hyde Park, deemed the 41-year-old rapper a possible nuisance to nearby residents.

In an email, Royal Parks CEO Linda Lennon said: ''The nature of any act with potential for lyrics to be deemed offensive and/or unsuitable language being audible within the park as a whole, let alone the surrounding residential areas, is unacceptable.''
