Neil Patrick Harris revealed on Friday (18th July) that he is a fan of 'American Horror Story' and would like a role on the upcoming series 'Freak Show'. Ryan Murphy has responded to Harris' interview and claimed he has a 'Freak Show' role Harris would "love".
Could Neil Patrick Harris be heading for American Horror Story's Freak Show? Ryan Murphy certainly seems willing for the How I Met Your Mother actor to join the cast!

Jennifer Lawrence looked breath-taking in blue velvet at the world premiere of 'X-Men: Days Of Future Past' held at the Jacob Javits Center in New York. The actress, who plays Mystique in the movie, seemed thrilled to see her fans as she signed autographs and high fived several people on the way down the red carpet.
If you just don't want to sit through AHS this week, we did it for you.
If you’re a longtime fan and/or hate-watcher of American Horror Story you know by now that this show is pretty much insane from start to finish. Things have been getting progressively more bonkers throughout this season, but last night’s episode, Head, can be pegged as the one where things really hit the fan. Let the spoilers commence.
The racial/sexual subtext has been in the background of every episode this season, but as Delphine, weeping, watched footage of the civil rights movement and a white man with a gun went on a killing spree through Marie Laveau’s salon, it all came to a head, if you will. The episode was both horrifying enough to justify the show’s title and racially charged enough to glide along the thin line between provocative and downright offensive.
Gabourey Sidibe's Queenie is more conflicted than ever.
Don't turn out the lights for this season! 'American Horror Story' ups the game with grisly new season 'Coven'.
The third season of Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy's grisly horror series American Horror Story begun with a suitably bloodcurdling episode of enslavement and torture.
Kathy Bates stars as slave killer Madame LaLaurie
Not that we didn't expect it to, but the first episode of 'American Horror Story: Coven' entitled 'Bitchcraft' was enough to scar any unsuspecting first time viewer for life! Of course, those who have in fact been exposed to the horror of season two 'AHS: Asylum' will be generally desensitised to all things petrifying, disgusting and not to mention controversial.

'American Horror Story: Coven' had it's first episode last night (9 October) on FX. 'Bitchcraft' introduces the audience to the magical past and present of New Orleans and a host of new characters (with some old habits)
American Horror Story: Coven has begun and is promising to be the best season yet. Its dramatic, complicated and moderately sinister. What more could you ask for from AHS?
Taissa Farmiga stars as Zoe Benson, a teenage witch who - upon discovering her powers - goes to a school for witches. She is joined by Emma Roberts as a fellow student witch; and Jessica Lange and Kathy Bates who act as the teaching staff, respectively named Fiona Goode and Madame Delphine LaLaurie.

The actress has replaced Emma Watson as the celeb most likely to get your computer a virus next time you go to 'research' her
Next time you need to do a little independent 'research' on the actress Lily Collins, you best be careful what you click on, as the actress has topped a poll ranking the most virus-friendly celebrity names on the web. According to a McAfee poll, the The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones-star poses the biggest risk of landing you on a malicious site should you go searching for her name for whatever purpose you may have in mind.
Lily Collins is a dangerous woman... on the web
Last year, it was Emma Watson that topped the chart as the most dangerous celebrity, but the Brit star was nowhere to be seen in the top ten of the female-dominated list of malware-friendly celebrity names. Avril Lavigne, Sandra Bullock, Kathy Griffin and Zoe Saldana completed the top five, whilst Jon Hamm was the only male star to get a name check in the top ten. The rest of the top ten was made up of Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Adriana Lima and Emma Roberts.

Is Jason Sudeikis about to follow in the footsteps of Tina Fey, Chevy Chase and Mike Myers?
Jason Sudeikis, the most high profile member of the Saturday Night Live cast, has announced he will not be returning to the show in the fall. Sudeikis is following comedians Bill Hader, Fred Armisen, Andy Samberg, Seth Meyers and Kristen Wiig out of the long-running show, leaving NBC bosses with a dilemma on their hands as they seek to keep the show relevant, popular and most of all funny for its 39th season.
Sudeikis, who has worked on the show for 10 years, announced the news during a taping of the Late Show with David Letterman,
"Yeah, I'm going to leave. Yeah, I'm not coming back next fall." he told the veteran host, to a bewildered audience. Letterman had apparently not heard of the departure and began asking the actor questions about life working on the show, with the 37-year-old dropping the bombshell shortly after.

View From the Top: Jenny McCarthy has been controversially hired to front The View following the departure of Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Though on the face of it, the fun-loving model seems a perfectly acceptable choice of co-host, though she has skeletons in the cupboard. Read more about Jenny McCarthy on The View.

Iron Man 3 is getting solid reviews everywhere with Ben Kingsley's Mandarin very nearly stealing the show, Thor and Loki team up in new movie The Dark World while Tribeca Film Festival and Sundance London get underway.
The big news in cinemas globally is the release of Iron Man 3, which doesn't open in the USA until next week. But audiences around the world are already watching Robert Downey Jr and Gwyneth Paltrow reprise their roles in the Marvel franchise, which will no doubt lead box office charts everywhere for a few weeks at least.
Meanwhile, we got our first glimpse of Iron Man's fellow Avenger Thor with the trailer for The Dark World, which opens late this summer. Chris Hemsworth is back as the Norse god, this time teaming up with his mischievous brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) instead of fighting him. Natalie Portman is also back for what looks like a seriously epic blockbuster.
The stars from 'Adult World' arrive at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival premiere for the movie in New York. Among them are the stunningly dressed main star Emma Roberts, Evan Peters (who looks a little awkward on the red carpet as photographers are clearly more interested in snapping Emma who is standing nearby) and director Scott Coffey.
'Wild Child' star Emma Roberts is snapped walking back to her car after leaving salon Benjamin in Los Angeles. She is dressed casual wearing large cats-eye sunglasses, a red sweater and leggings.

But Andrew Fleming's take on Nancy Drew turns out to be a snappy charmer. Though the film takes place in the present, Nancy's life could still be described by the MPAA tags on a trailer for a PG movie: mild peril, brief teen partying; she hasn't been glammed into 2007. But the film uses this mildness to its advantage, starting with the decision not to play Nancy's old-fashioned virtues -- lawful curiosity, modest fashions, and an unfailing politeness even in the face of peril -- for satire. That is not to say that Nancy (Emma Roberts, niece of Julia, son of Eric) isn't oblivious to modern life; she knows about iPods and laptops. She's just old-fashioned (she prefers vinyl and books), which makes her dedication to old-timey detecting (or "sleuthing," as she calls it) all the more individualistic, even touching, as well as sweetly funny.
