The proceeds from the highly anticipated parade will be donated to over 40 charities, including Longoria's own 'Eva's Heroes'. Around 17,000 of the tickets are available from $10 to $25, but most visitors will spectate for free from hotels, restaurants and other public areas along the river.
EVA LONGORIA's San Antonio based charity helps teens and young adults who were born with developmental disabilities. Speaking on the organisation's website, the actress said, "I was extremely fortunate to grow up with an intellectually disabled sister. My mother became a special education teacher because of her and therefore I have been involved with all facets of this disability since I could walk and talk".
