R&B star Faith Evans was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol on Saturday night (21Aug10), according to a U.S. report.
The I'll Be Missing You hitmaker was pulled over in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles by traffic cops, who suspected the singer had been drinking.
She was arrested and booked on a DUI charge, according to TMZ.com.
There is no official comment from Evans' representatives as WENN goes to press.
It's not the first of the singer's legal woes this year (10) - she was ordered to pay $360,000 (£240,000) in unpaid taxes to America's Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in March.
