Pushing the senses

Feeder's new single, "Pushing the Senses" will be released on the 27th June!

And to be honest, this track is more like it after taking some time out with naff ballad type rock songs!

I really like this song, they’re back to their best and it’s a great example of what a rock song should be like.

Feeder were originally formed in 1992 in Wales but came together in London in 1995 when Grant Nicholas and Jon Lee went to London and found bassist Taka Hirose (from Tokyo) in the musicians advertisement paper, Loot.

The track has a weird sound al the way through the song; however this just makes it more vibrant and lively! Grant has brilliant vocals yet again, and each band member goes all out to make this a wicked summer rock track which will definitely be blowing up the radio stations throughout the year!!

The track is taken from their new album “Pushing the senses” which was released on January 31 st! It amazingly got to number 2 in the album charts!

These are just some of the tour dates Feeder will be playing this year! 17 Jun 2005 Lancashire County Cricket Club, Manchester, with REM.

18 Jun 2005 Balloch Castle Country Park, Loch Lommond, Scotland with REM

19 Jun 2005 Weston-Super-Mare T4 on the Beach

02 Jul 2005 Rheinkulter Festival, Germany FREE FESTIVAL

03 Jul 2005 Werchter Festival, Belgium

09 Jul 2005 Hyde Park, London, England with REM

Also supporting the guys in the UK is up and coming band Cherryfalls, I saw them play at my university in Fresher’s week and they were wicked!!!

If you get chance to listen to the album, please do it’s wicked and this track just sums it all up – power, lively and great tunes!
