Paris, 1910. Delivery guy Raoul, and his friend, ladies' man Emile, are accidentally let loose in a laboratory belonging to a professor. Their monkey friend, Charles, spills various potions everywhere and the result is a mutant sized flea! Don't worry though, the newly christened Franc, wouldn't hurt, well, a fly. He's a gentle soul with a huge musical talent.
The greatest singer in Paris is Lucille. She performs with Franc to rapturous applause. But not everyone is enamoured. Commissioner Maynott, is highly unpopular but now he has the perfect plan to increase his popularity and maybe become Mayor. He plans on capturing Franc and exposing him as a dangerous monster! Is there any way to stop him?
Raoul; Emile; Franc and Charles must enlist the help of feisty Lucille to protect Franc. Can they stop Maynott's evil plan?
A Monster In Paris is directed by Bibo Bergeron, known for his films Shark Tale and The Road To El Dorado. The film has been shot with two audio tracks, one in French and one in English.
