The Caller Trailer

Mary is a recent divorcee, having broken things off with her abusive husband, Steven. She moves out of their once shared home and into an apartment. However, Steven doesn't want to get over Mary and so bombards her with a deluge of calls, so much so that she puts out a restraining order on him.

In the meantime, Mary starts going to evening classes and there befriends her tutor, John. For a while, her life is normal and calm - until she receives a call from a mysterious, elderly woman called Rose. A sceptical Mary wonders whether her ex husband Steven is behind the calls that keep getting more and more frequent - until Rose reveals that now she has established a connection between herself and Mary, she won't stop calling her. Mary, growing increasingly more alarmed, is then horrified to discover that Rose is calling from the past - from the year 1979, to be exact.

By then, Mary can't stop Rose's calls. And it soon becomes clear to the troubled divorcee that there is only one thing to do to stop the sinister calls and release the hold Rose has on her. But does Mary have the courage to go through with it?
