Twelve years ago, plastic surgeon Dr Robert Ledgard's wife was burnt to death in a car crash. Since then he has been trying to recreate a skin that will be virtually indestructible against any assault and damage, a practice that his fellow surgeons have called unethical.
Meanwhile he is holding a girl, Vera, hostage in his house and forcing her to perform humiliating sexual acts on strangers. Vera wears a skin tight, skin coloured suit and Robert is considering using her as a human guinea pig for his new skin. As well as this, Dr Robert is looking for the man who raped his daughter several years ago who committed suicide shortly after the attack and Robert wants revenge.
