| Paws is the second excerpt to be released from Kieren Hebdens brilliant and highly successful current album Pause. Approaching the situation from an ever-enterprising angle, he not only mixes up the music but plays with the title too. After an arms length of impressive mixes for the likes of Kings Of Convenience, Aphex Twin and Pole he finally gets around to mix his own work and hence we get Glue of The Underworld, another hotpotch of delicately laced sounds that warms the heart. Manitoba, Koushik and Boom Bip provide further remixes, loosing none of the Four Tet charm but developing the sound into three equally interesting and equally touching mixes. |
