The couple got engaged in December 2013, but began dating in 2009. Their relationship has been rocky at times, with the couple splitting temporarily in early 2013 due to Union's desire to focus on her career, and during time apart, Wade fathered a child with Aja Metoyer, but it looks like they're both back to being loved up!

This is the second marriage for both of them, after Union divorced American Football player Chris Howard in 2006. She has publically spoken out about the pre-nup she has signed with Wade, saying "When you have your own stuff, you don't need to worry about anybody else's stuff… The reality is, I've never seen Dwyane balance a check book, so I got to protect my stuff." Meanwhile Wade was married to his high school sweetheart Siohvaughn Funches, and filed for divorce in 2007, but the divorce wasn't finalised until 2011 due to a lengthy court battle.
Union made her name in Hollywood when she starred opposite Kirsten Dunst in the cheerleading comedy Bring It On and has gone on to star in Cadillac Records and Think Like A Man. She currently stars on BET drama 'Being Mary Jane' and will be seen in cinemas in Think Like A Man Too. Meanwhile her new husband plays as a shooting guard for Miami Heat and is a three-time NBA champion.
The news of their marriage comes in a week full of celebrity weddings that began with Brangelina and will see Donnie Wahlberg and Jenny McCarthy get hitched on Sunday.
