Hollywood star Gary Oldman's ex-wife is fighting him for custody of their two sons, claiming he's an unfit father.

DONYA FIORENTINO's history of drug abuse cost her physical custody of GULLIVER, five, and CHARLIE, four - but earlier this month (JUN03) the model went back to court to question the British actor's parenting skills.

In her suit, which she presented herself to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge ROY PAUL, Fiorentino declared, "Gary was drunk," on 6 May (03), when she went to his home to drop off the kids.

She added, "He was unkempt, his hair was greasy and he smelled of alcohol."

The model also contends that Oldman burned their son Charlie's neck with a cigarette, and that the youngster is scared of the actor.

She claims her sons told her of an incident where their father "peed in the fireplace after he fell off the sofa."

Oldman's manager DOUGLAS URBANSKI says, "Gary is the constant target of false allegations. This is a terrible situation for Gary and for the children."

Oldman and Fiorentino - the star's third wife - split in April 2001 after four years of marriage.
