The Ocean's Eleven star and his wife Amal have been renovating the $16 million (£10 million) Berkshire mansion since they purchased it after their 2014 wedding, and they are expected to finally move in later this year (15).

They were given permission to build a swimming pool, pool house, terrace, cinema and a small outbuilding, as well as install surveillance cameras around the grounds.

The couple also erected a fence between the nearby river and the estate, but were ordered to remove it following objections from an environmental group.

They now want to make further renovations and applied to local authorities for permission to install a hard-surfaced tennis court last month (Aug15).

A consultation period ends on 2 October (15) and councillors are expected to make a decision on 22 October (15).
