Actor George Hamilton has announced plans to resurrect the vampire comedy LOVE AT FIRST BITE.
The 1979 movie starred Hamilton as Count Dracula, who moves to New York to find a bride.
Producer TONY THOMOPOULOS has acquired the rights to a remake from Hamilton, who will also produce a sequel called LOVE AT SECOND BITE, which takes place 25 years later, following Dracula's Americanised son, who has rejected his family's heritage and is getting married to a human.
Trouble ensues when he learns that his vampire relatives are coming to America for the wedding, reports trade publication the HOLLYWOOD REPORTER.
