British Pop Star Geri Halliwell Has Described Her Wedding As The "Happiest Day" Of Her Life And Revealed She Is Enjoying Her New Role As A Married Woman.
The former Spice Girls singer exchanged vows with Red Bull Formula One team boss Christian Horner in a romantic ceremony in Woburn, England in May (15).
The wedding marked the first trip down the aisle for 43-year-old Halliwell, who now uses her married name Geri Horner, and she opened up about her big day in an interview on British TV show This Morning, saying, "People talk about their wedding day and until you get there you don't know what it's going to be like, and it truly was the happiest day of my life. It was so amazing."
Halliwell also admits her parents' divorce initially put her off marriage, but she changed her mind when she met Horner.
She adds, "My mother... She got divorced... So it kind of put me off if I'm honest. And I hadn't met anyone I thought was right really, and then I met Christian and I automatically knew... I said it to my friend that I've met the man I'm going to marry."
