Gigi Hadid has seriously angered a professional photographer after posting an image of herself that he took on social media without permission - and failing to credit it him for the shot. Apparently, the post garnered more than a million views, so it's no wonder he's slapping her with a lawsuit.

The picture in question was a back shot of the 22-year-old model with her hair in rollers and wearing a customised Adidas jacket that had the 'as' scribbled out and an 'h' added to read 'hadid'. It was apparently shot in July 2016 in New York by photographer Peter Cepeda, who decided to sue her and her modelling agency IMG Worldwide this week for copyright infringement for posting it on Instagram.

When Victoria’s Secret released the list of models appearing at their 2017 show in Shanghai later this year there was one name notable by their absence -Kendall Jenner.

The model first walked the runway for the famous lingerie brand back in 2015 and this would have been her third year donning the angel wings alongside pal Gigi Hadid.

But according to TMZ, Kendall has a pretty good reason for not being a part of the show this year -she got a much better offer.

Supermodel Gigi Hadid will be featured on the first ever cover of Vogue’s brand new Middle East edition later this month, it has been revealed.

The 21 year old star poses wearing a scarf over her head in two different black-and-white images that will grace the front cover of Vogue Arabia, the first ever print edition of which will hit shelves on March 5th and is titled ‘Reorienting Perceptions’.

Hadid, who in recent years has become one of the most successful models worldwide, is half-Palestinian by birth, and says that the chance to be the front cover of the Middle East’s newest fashion bible “means the world” to her.

After she was forced to defend herself outside a Milan fashion show last week when a former TV reporter manhandled her on the red carpet, Gigi Hadid has penned an essay addressing the incident and urging young women in similar situations to “fight back”.

The 21 year old model was also criticised for her reaction when she attempted to elbow Ukrainian celebrity harasser Vitalii Sediuk, who has attempted similar stunts in the past directed at the likes of Madonna and Will Smith, when he attempted to physically pick her up outside the Max Mara show.

Hadid screamed “let go of me!” at Sediuk, and attempted to chase him down the street before her bodyguards stopped her.

While giving an emotional speech accepting an award at the Global Lyme Alliance’s ‘Uniting for a Lyme-free world’ on Thursday evening (October 8th) in New York, the 51 year old said: “I honestly don't have the proper words in my vocabulary to describe to you the darkness, the pain and the unknown hell I've lived these past four years.”

It’s hard to believe that somebody like Gigi Hadid could possibly be having to deal with body-shamers on social media, but that’s exactly what she’s tried to stamp out today. The superstar model posted a defiant open letter via her Instagram account on Monday (September 28th), and said that while “judgment” had affected her, she doesn’t intend to change to suit other people.

“So many people are so quick to comment negative opinions this month. Yes, judgment on social media comes from people who, 99% of the time, have no idea what they're talking about, but I'm human, and I'm not going to lie, I did let the negativity get to me a little,” she wrote. “I came to a realization that when one gets to this point, it's important to rethink why you're doing what you do. What your message is. What you have to say.”

Taylor Swift has been teasing what looks like a pretty special video for ‘Bad Blood’ ahead of its debut next week. Over the last three days, the singer has been uploading some kick-ass looking Sin City-style posters casting herself and some of her friends as a team of superheroes.

On May 7th, Swift posted a noir-ish looking picture of herself on her Instagram page, dressed in a leather motorcycle-style jacket and looking straight down the camera, with the words “Taylor Swift starring as ‘Catastrophe’. The picture also contained the words “Bad Blood” with the tagline “Band-Aids Don’t Fix Bullet Holes”, in the style of a movie poster.
